Yet if we enshrine Augustine's famous prayer—'Give me chastity and continence, but not yet!'— as part of our pastoral recommendations to those who are sexually active, we mute the transformative power of the call to holiness."

Why not take positive steps to actually make it easier to marry younger? For instance there could be a custom at marriage ceremonies to take an offering for the funds to get new couples by for one or two years. Other ideas are worth thinking about.
One of the main problems of modern families is simply that they aren't mutually supportive. We should talk about communities as well as families.
